ANY SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL!!

- no refunds, store credit ONLY.
- all sale items are final, this includes any items using a discount code and from our sales tab on our website.
- returns MUST be returned within 10 day of purchase or receiving item. You will receive store credit for returned items or, if we still have the item, a possible exchange. Please contact us for any returns via email before returning your items back to us. 
- Damage items must be informed (via email) + Returned within 3 day of Purchase. {see more in shipping}

- All items MUST have all the tags attached & must be unworn/unwashed.

SHIPPING POLICY

- We will ship within 7-12 days (we don’t count weekend days) 
- If you receive a damaged item please email us with your name, order number, & pictures of your items

PRE PAY ITEMS
- “Pre-pay” items are items that we have ordered, but not received. Buying a “pre-pay” item is holding your item until it comes in and we can fulfill your order as soon as possible. "Pre-pay" items appropriately take 5-7 business days to receive.

- With "Pre-Pay" items you will not receive your order immediately. It will take at least a week or when it shows under item, from your order date to receive your order. With "Pre-Pay" items we are at the will of the vendor and shipping, we do our best to keep our customers updated and informed of shipping delays or other delays that may occur.
